The creation of iBlaast.com
Why iBlaast? Let us explain. A while ago a business partner and I were plugging right along on a business venture. Everything was great until we got one of the final steps in the launch process. Then we hit a stumbling block! Up until that point things were going according as planned. What was the problem? We knew that to market this specific product we had to connect with a very specific group of people. Try as we might we simply couldn’t. We soon realized our best option to overcome this obstacle was to start by searching social networks to find the group(s) we were looking for. Then a whole different issue arose.
(1) We did not want to join hundreds of social networks.
(2) We wanted to search them without creating accounts
(3) We wanted to contact them without creating an account (though, we were willing to join once had we found what we were looking for).
The next best solution was to look for a directory or social media search engine where we could find the right group.Such website didn’t exist. Surely, we didn’t search good enough. A short time later we weren’t looking for our answer anymore; we began working on our new website iBlaast.com.
Those who have already joined Iblaast.com truly understand the value. This site can honestly be one of the easiest yet effective marketing tools available to anyone involved in social media.
Let us give an example:
There is a source very close to iBlaast who works for a major production company. This company pitches reality TV shows to popular television networks (I know this sounds like fun, we ALL have the perfect show in mind). They do a lot of Youtube and other media searching. Some times they cannot find a contact for the source. Other times they don’t have a source to begin with. Their next option is to try to look in Facebook or other social networks. The problem is they don’t want to join them ,nor do they have time to waste networking to find what they are looking for. They just move on to the next prospect. This source raved about the idea of iBlaast.com. Need we say more?
Please note: Every company and industry (not just the production company mentioned) can use a website like iBlaast.com. Other than occasional adjustments to your profile page, your work is done after submission.
Instead of pushing ourselves or our products and services onto someone, they find us.
Believe this, someone who does not belong to a social network is looking for you or your abilities. Help them find you.
